Twingo Renault Sport, affordable sporting performance
Revealed in 2008, Twingo Renault Sport is an affordable compact sports vehicle, providing entry-level access to the Renault Sport range. With a 1.6 engine developing 133 hp at 6,750 rpm, Twingo Renault Sport delivers an exceptionally responsive drive. Designed to high safety standards, it is also suitable for everyday driving.
Clio Renault Sport, two guises for Renault’s performance hatchback
Clio Renault Sport boasts the same ingredients that have forged the success of its predecessors, such as Formula 1-derived aerodynamics, including front-wing air-extractors, a rear diffuser and a front splitter, all of which are unique to the performance hatchback class, independent steering axis front suspension for advanced handling precision and traction performance in all conditions, unique to the B segment, durable braking performance, thanks notably to the fitment of Brembo front callipers, a new specification of the 2.0 16V engine: Renault Sport-level response and power (147.5kW/203hp) combined with moderate fuel consumption.
Mégane Renault Sport, 250 hp of sheer pleasure
New Mégane Renault Sport is powered by a new-generation 2-litre 16-valve turbocharged petrol engine which boasts maximum power of 250hp (184kW) at 5,500rpm and peak torque of 340Nm from 3,000rpm. Work has also gone into the acoustics of the Renault Sport 2.0 T engine to produce a telltale sporty pitch audible inside the cabin under acceleration.
Mégane Renault Sport is available with a choice of two chassis: the 'Sport' chassis or the 'Cup' chassis, which comes with a limited slip differential for even greater traction and benefits from undeniably sporty looks.
Chic and sporty... that's the Gordini brand!
The return of the Gordini name is to be marked by the introduction of a new chic and sporty version of Twingo and Clio. Just as it did in the past, the combination of French racing blue (other colors available), white racing stripes and stylish, quilted-leather upholstery forms an integral part of the package, with a distinctly modern touch. Engines remain identical as the R.S. versions.
